I had my first experience with Collage.com back in December when I was making a photobook for my sonny boy Sean Eddie. As the third child, while I had many online photos, he was sad he didn’t have as many albums like his sisters.  You can check out the whole photobook review by clicking here.  When I say it was easy to create a beautiful photobook that he LOVED, I mean it was easy! EASY PEASY!

With my oldest daughter set to graduate college in May, we are planning a a graduation party set for June and I thought, I would love to make a photo invite.  As soon as that thought popped into my head, I thought of Collage.com and sure enough they had a wide selection of invitation styles.

We choose a 5 x 7 folded photo card.  Once you figure which card you like best, here’s the easy part you can select photos of any size from Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, or your computer and Collage.com will instantly suggest a clean, professional layout that you can further customize.  There were so many backgrounds, fonts and sizes to choose from and it was easy to do.  That was key for me.

The hard part was choosing which photos to use as there were just so many beautiful pictures of my little girl that is all grown up now and ready to graduate from college!

Another great feature of using Collage.com is that you can take a break from your creation if you need to as Collage.com saves all your projects and pictures.  Since my daughter Kaitlyn is attending college upstate, I was able to give her my user name and password so she could look at the different invitations I created and help in the selection of the pictures to be used.  So the distance didn’t deter this project at all.

Since she is getting her degree in childhood education and looking forward to becoming a teacher, she picked out the chalkduster font, which looks like a teacher’s writing on a chalk board – perfect.
