Heading to NYC and looking for a family friendly activity in Times Square?  Well look no further and take THE RIDE! An interactive party bus like no other.  Fasten your seat belts and get ready for some big time NYC fun!

As native New Yorkers we still enjoy playing tourist in our own city.  New York has so much to offer in terms of surroundings, but even more so the people that we encounter.

Finding The Ride proved to be somewhat of a challenge due to all the street fairs and teh Polish Day Parade, but an employee had come looking for us to get us to the re-located parking spot.  Lots of alternative routing that day due to all the goings-on.

We were the last five to get on the bus and were greeted whole-heartedly by Jackie and Scott and the rest of the folks on The Ride.  I got a front row seat right next to Jackie.

There’s no bad seat on the party bus which has three rows of comfortable stadium seating facing giant windows that encompassed the entire side and most of the roof of the bus.  In addition to all the two way portals aka windows, multiple screens and lights made the experience more interactive and entertaining to say the least.

The fun really began when we learned how to do The Ride Wave and got to enjoy people’s reactions to us on the bus.  As we were in traffic and when is there not traffic in Manhattan one friendly fellow really got into the music via The Ride’s external sound system.  What a soft shoe dance routine began.  The crowd on the bus loved it.  As you can tell I took a couple of pictures.

Scott and Jackie were very entertaining as we made our way through Manhattan traffic, they got the party goers into the action by involving everyone in The Ride Trivia game!

Believe it or not we came across lots more New York entertainment as we toured the city.  As we rounded Columbus Circle all of a sudden a prima ballerina appeared and then she bumped into a “random” stranger and they began to dance together.  On the bus the music was complimenting the routine.

I don’t want to give away the rest of the ride, but we were treated to a rap star, a jazz sax player and a New Year’s Eve reveler!!

We had a great time!!! So make sure you get on-board The Ride NYC for a fun filled experience.

And Sean Eddie won a pair of really cool sun glasses from THE RIDE and got his picture taken with Scott and Jackie.  Sean Eddie wanted me to tell readers that he thinks all kids would think The Ride is really cool.

After The Ride, we were walking around the city we came across our free style rapper who introduced himself as Greg Mozian.  We told him how much we enjoyed his performance.  And he was kind enough to pose for a picture with Sean Eddie.
