Milieu Magazine, a division of the Long Island Press calls Jennifer Nevadomski a trendsetter, an extraordinary woman and an extraordinary networker!  You can see the article in its entirety by clicking http://issuu.com/milieu/docs/mi_v01i01/38

What I call Jennifer Nevadomski is FRIEND!  Regular readers of My Best of Both Worlds know that I value the power of networking.  I met Jennifer through another dear friend in 2009.  We shared many interests like the love of writing and the importance of networking.  At the time Jennifer offered me a position as Mommy’s helper / contributor on the website social media network that she oversaw for more than three years called Moms Like Me.  Jennifer is the owner and founder of Mommy’s Links.  Jennifer launched in 2002, after pregnancy loss, infertility, and the birth of her oldest child, Mommy’s Links was created as a mothers’ resource site. It’s grown so much since 2002, as a social networking site where Moms can discuss issues, vent, check our resources and enter some great giveaways.

As our friendship has grown in these past few years so has our partnership in blogging.  In August in 2012 we partnered as Jennifer recognized a unique niche about my philosophy that  “The secret to having it all is believing you already do!” My Best of Both Worlds is a place where we can talk about finding a balance between family life and work.  Jennifer encouraged me to write about what I know- in essence my life.  You can see the Mommy’s Links button on the side of My Best of Both Worlds as it’s a division of Mommy’s Links!

As Jennifer and her husband have recently moved from the Bronx to Long Island, Jennifer continues to take networking to the next level.  She founded Nassau Networking Moms  as well as Suffolk Networking Moms.  The about me on the home page says: “Long Island Networking Moms is designed to help mothers who are small business owners on Long Island by  networking, business growth and increased sales and client base.   While we started this business with MOM OWNED BUSINESSES in mind, our goal is to help all small businesses on Long Island!”

Congratulations Jennifer Nevadomski for this well deserved honor!  Thank you for sharing your passion, talent and expertise with me so I can continue to bring my viewpoints to My Best of Both Worlds.  Shawn and I are looking forward to attending the dinner reception in April where you will be further recognized for your outstanding contributions in furthering networking amongst Moms on Long Island.
