Target Halloween Party with Soleil Moon Frye

My Best of Both Worlds was invited to Manhattan last week for a  Target Halloween party with Soleil Moon Frye, Target’s Mom Ambassador! We were at the Target Studios in Midtown.  I think I may have been more excited than my four-year old son! I was going to meet Soleil and get a sneak peek at all the cool things Target had to offer for this fun season.

My son, Sean Eddie and I were greeted by very friendly folks dressed in all sorts of Halloween attire.  The costumes were fantastic! There were vampires, witches, cow girls, lady bugs, angels, fairies, mad scientists, a Where’s Waldo look a like, a butterfly and flappers.  My favorite was a spiderweb witch’s costume.  All these great get ups were available along with fun accessories to really make you stand out.  This particular outfit had the most gorgeous masquerade ball mask as well as lace finger-less gloves.

Sean Eddie enjoyed getting his face painted so he would look like a zombie and Jennifer (aka Where’s Waldo) enjoyed making his wish come true!  See their picture together below.

The kids had a great time as we met our blogger friends Lynda from Main Street Mama, Jennifer from Mommy’s Links, and Fran from Roller Coaster to Mommy Coaster and along with their children at the party, where we were all treated to making Halloween inspired crafts with pumpkins, foam mask making and coloring.  Of course no party is ever complete without great treats!  We indulged in cake pop eye balls, fun cupcakes, and lots of candy for trick or treating around the party.

According to my son, we had a REALLY GOOD time at the Target Halloween party with Soleil Moon Frye. He wanted to know if we could go again!

Target really had some great decorating ideas for the home and easy to mix and match plates, serving pieces and fun accent pieces for throwing parties-so you as the hostess can have a very coordinated seasonal look without breaking the bank.
