Figuring out how to discipline your child is one of the most daunting tasks of parenthood. Is time out the only choice? Do sticker charts really work? What do I do if my child has a tantrum at the grocery store?

Join Linda Mason, Bright Horizons co-founder and author of The Working Mother’s Guide to Life as she answers questions on appropriate discipline techniques for children under the age of 5. We have been collecting your parenting questions and dilemmas and will provide you with strategies and clear steps to take when your child needs a bit of redirection.
